My Approach

You may be looking to therapy to help you change something about the way you're living and feeling. ​I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I endeavor to have conversations that will inspire people to become more clear about what they want their life and relationships to look like. Therapy can often provide people with a deeper experience of engagement with their own psyche and the world around them.

 

I use an integrative approach to therapy, based on people’s needs and personality, tailored uniquely for them. I focus on helping people reconnect with their inner resources, community and innate wisdom, and become more aligned with the relationships they desire and the dreams they hope for. I work with people to help separate themselves from beliefs and stories that are causing them to suffer. Together we do this by gaining insight into conditions and ideas that are overpowering them, and preventing them from the life and relationships they would like. I work with individuals (both teens & adults), couples and families.
